Twin Doves Claw - Lotus and Birds Hair Clip Accessory

Inspired by the poppy goddess figurines in Minoan art, which were used as offerings in temples and sanctuaries. These stylized votives featured crowns of poppy seed pods, birds, and other flora and fauna. Crafted from terracotta, these statues are thought to be symbols of sleep, healing, or perhaps manifestations of the goddesses presence on the worldly plain. This collection features mirrored designs meant to resemble a crown for an earthly goddess.

Each claw is hand-assembled from individually cut pieces of cellulose acetate, so there may be slight differences. Each one is unique!
